The Lisboeta Macau shopping center will be called “H853 Fun Factory”

The operator of the Lisboeta Macau resort, Cotai-based Macau Theme Park And Resort, has announced “H853 Fun Factory” as the official name of its mall.

According to details released on Friday, the ‘H’ in the new name refers to the word ‘home’, with the property paying homage to Macau’s history, while 853 refers to the presence of 80% local brands, five attractions exclusive and “three different space-time journeys under the light of the sky” which crosses the glass roof.

Lisboeta Macau describes its mall experience as “retail entertainment,” with shops, restaurants, art exhibits and cultural experiences, plus a zipline attraction, indoor skydiving facility, night market And much more.

Lisboeta opened in July last year and has three hotels totaling 820 rooms – the 574-room Lisboeta Hotel, the 82-room Casa de Amigo and the 164-room Maison L’OCCITANE.

Lisboeta is located next to Grand Lisboa Palace, SJM’s HK$39 billion (US$5 billion) integrated resort in Cotai. GLP opened on July 30, 2021 with the 1,350-room Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, followed by its own themed hotel, the 271-room THE KARL LAGERFELD, which opened on December 3.
